  Overrated in almost every way. This place started out as a great alternative to the chain restaurants - especially for breakfasts. It has a focus on healthier foods, but that's where the benefits stop.
  
  Despite being very polite and friendly, staff were slow and at times forgetful - drinks arrived at different times for instance, despite us all ordering the same beverage.
  
  For the purposes of transparencya- note that I've only visited a few times for breakfast, and have never had anything from the rest of the menu.
  
  However - despite great portion sizes, the food is almost always underwhelming. A full English breakfast comes with a generous serving of bacon, and the toast is always good (ACanteen doubles as a bake shop), but the sausage is uninteresting. Eggs have never been nicely cooked here - with a poached egg coming watery and often missing the bulk of the egg white. Mushrooms are often watery and leaking all over the plate, and the rest of the breakfast items are pretty standard.

  One of the worst services I've encountered whilst out for lunch. Greeted with a smile but went downhill after as we were waiting forever to order, half the things weren't on the menu, unhelpful staff... shall not be returning.

  Pre-ordered lunch for a dozen people for 1pm, food wasn't served until almost 2pm. When we arrived, we waited 15 minutes at the table for a drink before getting thirsty and going to the bar to order. From then it was another 20 minutes before we had our first drink. Food was average and a quick lunch for a group of people ended up taking 3 hours before we managed to get out and pay.
