  Long ques for the drivr thru out onto the main road. Long wait inside. Table area was filthy. Toilets were also filthy. Just no nice at all. Food was nice though just too dangerous to que in drive through.

  25 minute wait trapped in the drive through, people parking their cars and ordering At the counter and being served before drive thru customers are dealt with and when finally at the window, paid and have been asked to park and wait again, absolute rubbish service.
  
  As I type this it has now been 40 minutes and no food. This is not the first time delays at this branch have occurred, just never this long.

  Without a doubt the worst running kfc I've ever been to. Slow with orders to the point it holds traffic up onto Broomfield road. Missing items that have been ordered and paid for

  The food hot & tasty, but the staff don't really clean the tables, & bins are always over flowing.
